Shipping costs

• Orders over CHF 100 are free of shipping costs.
• Shipping in Switzerland with the Swiss Post: CHF 9.00

Delivery times

• The delivery period begins with the date of receipt of the order, but not before clarification of all details, the knowledge of which is necessary for the execution of the order.
• If a delivery period is exceeded by more than 18 days for reasons for which we are responsible and if a written, reasonable grace period set by the buyer after the occurrence of the delay has expired without success, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Exchange, return, complaints and liability

• In general, there is no claim to return correctly delivered goods.
• Shirts, blouses and hygiene articles (e.g. socks, underwear, mouth-nose mask) are excluded from exchange.
• Returns of goods in original packaging and in the original delivery condition are possible within 10 days after receipt and from a value of CHF 30.
• The return of goods must be announced in advance in writing or by telephone. The customer bears the costs for the return.

• Sample shipments must be returned within 14 days, otherwise the goods are considered purchased and will be charged.
